Mandana Kohen

Ms. Kohen grew up in a real estate family.  She has experienced real estate from all angles -- from residential property management,  to most recently, residential real estate sales.

Her belief is to use the consultative approach to servicing customers, both buyers and sellers.  This style very much suits Nourmand and Associates, with its inviting offices and welcoming environment and the belief that customer service is the most important aspect in assisting customers with their buying or selling needs.

Adding to her experience in the real estate world, Mandana has also studied Marketing and Merchandizing which has added depth to her approach to marketing properties.  This knowledge coupled with her consultative style not only makes her a winner, but her clients winners as well.
